Q: What is your term of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes. We can make samples for you on your demand. New clients shall pay for the charge.

Q: Are you supplying standard sizes of windows or customized products?
A: Both are available. We can also customize.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: Ready stock - 30 days after payment and production drawing confirmation. 

Q: What’s the MOQ(minimum order quantity) and payment support?
A: Normally, MOQ is 20 pieces. T/T is accepted.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: This can be negotiated.

Q: Can I print my logo on the goods?
A: Yes, we can help print logos on the goods or packing boxes. A letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for patent protection purposes. We usually produce goods based on customers' samples or based on customers'  pictures, logos, sizes, etc.
